Landscaping Ipswich (landscapingipswich.com.au) is a local referral service. When you ask for a quote, we pass your details to a local landscaper who can contact you about your job. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill in our quote form or call us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, suburb, the type of landscaping you need and anything else you tell us about the job. If you leave a voicemail, we keep the recording.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to pass them to a local landscaper so they can contact you, quote and do the work. We don’t sell your details or add them to marketing lists.

Who else sees it

The installer we pass your enquiry to. Our website host and the email and phone services we use also handle your details while delivering your enquiry to us.

Website data

Like most websites, our hosting and security tools record basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and protect it from spam and attacks.

Keeping it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
